CFP4 Passive Loopback Module ML4050 provides an efficient and easy method for characterizing and testing 4x28G CFP4 ports.
The ML4050 is packaged in a MSA compliant housing; thus, offering excellent heat dissipation.
It can be programmed to different power levels via MDIO interface by emulating all CFP4 power classes.
Transmitting data from the host is electrically routed (internal to the loopback module) to receive data outputs and send them back to the host. It provides an economical way to exercise CFP4 ports during R&D validation, production testing, and field testing.
