    Graphic Designer

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    1. Oversee the execution of multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
    2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
    3. Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade cameras and equipment.
    4. Edit and produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software.
    5. Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
    6. Performing post-production tasks such as comping, fade-ins, fades-outs, etc.
    7. Maintain organization of filing system for digital audio/video assets.

    Skills, Competencies and Knowledge

    1. Desktop publishing tools, graphic design software and Microsoft office tools

    3. Strong organizational and communication skills, and able to work in cross-functional teams

    Educational Background and Experience

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    2. Proven experience with a minimum of 1-2 years.
    3. Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (Premiere is a plus)
    4. Experience with motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
    5. Extensive knowledge and experience in photography and videography, including proficiency in using professional-grade cameras and lighting equipment.
    6. Demonstrated expertise in editing and post-production processes for both photography and videography, including proficiency in software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
    7. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and formats, demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and aesthetics.

    Marketing Specialist

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    1. Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials in Social Media and others.
    2. Coordinate trade shows, virtual events, and webinars with the team.
    3. Responsible for the paid media, owned media and earned media marketing mix i.e. PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate/Partnership, membership.
    4. Help with the creation of excellent PPT presentations to support team efforts.
    5. Assist with sending out internal and external communications using MailChimp.
    6. Update the website with the latest information and softwares according to the engineers’ recommendation.
    7. Support regular publications with formatting and editing while enforcing brand guidelines.
    (Datasheets, White papers, newsletters, press releases, manuals and other technical documents, presentations, etc.)
    8. Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by team leader.

    Skills, Competencies and Knowledge

    1. Deep experience working in the Microsoft Office suite including excellent and fast PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
    2. Experienced in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies including PPC, SEO, social media, MailChimp, WordPress and other channels.
    3. Creative flair and a good eye for detail.
    4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Human Resources Manager

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    Recruitment
    1. Identify recruitment needs to fulfil business requirements by coordinating with Head of departments & ensure company’s recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels.
    2. Screen, shortlist, interview and negotiate offers with selected candidates.
    3. Make sure new joiners receive a proper induction on the joining date and during probation period.
    4. Follow up with line managers on induction plans for new joiners.
    5. Participate in negotiation of agreements with external recruitment agencies or job portals.
    6. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and resourcing programs.
    7. Maintain external contacts to assure access to potential candidates.
    8. Conduct exit interviews and report reasons behind resignations to concerned parties.

    Training
    1. Identify training needs, select training providers and programs & partner with training supplier to customize training programs.
    2. Arrange external and in-house training.
    3. keep accurate training records, monitoring costs and budget.

    Organizational Development
    1. Understand the needs of the organization in terms of achieving maximum organizational performance and efficiencies.
    2. Consult and influence senior management’s decisions on key organizational and management related matters.

    Talent & Performance Management
    Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees on all performance related issues, including key talent, succession planning, attendance/performance issues, performance improvement and terminations.

    Compensation & Benefits
    Assist in implementing compensation and benefits programs (compensation planning, salary surveys and analysis, etc.).

    Employee Relations
    Consult managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, etc.
